About Viviana
Viviana is a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS® in Greenville, South Carolina. Raised in Greenville, she has seen Greenville transform from a small town into one of Livability.com’s Best Places to Live. She’s proud to call Greenville home and her roots run deep. In the early 1960's, her grandparents fled communist Cuba for a better life. With only a couple of suitcases and the help of a local Upstate church, they made Greenville their new home. She is thankful to God for guiding her family to the land of opportunity and to this city for lovingly receiving her family.
Viviana is married to her best friend. They love making memories together with their son soaking up all that the Upstate has to offer, whether that be riding bicycles on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, hiking the trails at Table Rock or enjoying a fresh scone at a local coffee shop.
With her husband having a successful real estate business, the transition into real estate was natural for Viviana. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University. Prior to pursuing real estate, Viviana worked in the accounting and finance field for 9 years, most recently at a notable Fortune 750 company in the Upstate of South Carolina. Her experience has allowed her to hone skills invaluable to her clients’ success. Her sharp attention-to-detail, communication skills, and proactivity are indicative of the level of service she provides her clients. Her genuine desire is to help others and build a lasting relationship with her clients. Viviana is bilingual, English and Español, and works with both buyers and sellers in the Upstate of South Carolina.
